• Business Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

• Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your package has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's website.

Damages & Issues

PhamEnterprise is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
